How to Embed a Form with a Unique Thank You Page URL

Now, coming back to your question, I am able to answer your question about embedding the form. And that is by using the Iframe Embed Code. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
2. Select Embed on the left side of the screen and select the Iframe.

3. Click the Copy Code button and use this code on your website. You can check out this guide on Getting the Form Iframe Code.

As for the Thank You Page having a unique URL, you can use the Redirection feature of the Thank You Page to redirect the users to a website of your choice. Let's do this:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Select Thank You Page on the left side of the screen.
3. Selec the Redirect to an external link after submission option then enter the URL of the website where you want to redirect the users.

As for your last question, I didn’t fully understand the issue. What do you mean by "to measure conversion within Google Adds"? Can you explain a bit more about what you want to do? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

Thanks for getting back to us. I see that you're using a Card Form layout. The Thank You Page settings in this layout can be found at the bottom of the page. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, scroll down to the bottom of your form.
2. Then, just click on the Edit Thank You Page.

You can't easily see it because of the theme of your form, but you can hover your mouse at the bottom and it should show.
