Goedemiddag,
Groetjes,
Almar

Hi Almar,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. I'll reach out to the Relevant Team right now and see if they have any idea of what's going on and when it'll be fixed. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
In the meantime, let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Jefferson,
Thanks for your reply. English will do just fine :)
We'll await the response from the Relevant Team.
Thanks!
Kind regards,

Hi Almar,
Thanks for patiently waiting. Since the Jotform branding can't be disabled in the Starter Plan, we can use the Form section instead and make it as your welcome page. I have created a workaround that you can easily follow. Let me show you how:
- In your Form Builder, hover your mouse on the + Add Welcome Page and click on the Edit Welcome Page.
- Hover your mouse at the upper-left corner of your welcome page and click the Remove Welcome page.
Now, we need to add a section header to serve as your welcome page:
- In your Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element located on the left side of your page.
- Under the Form Elements, go to the Basic tab and add a Section Header to your form.
- You can change the heading and the subheader with your preferred label.
That's it! Embed your form again using Iframe and you will see that it will no longer overlap with the Jotform branding. Check out my screencast below:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
