Beste,
Alvast bedankt,
Katrien (CLT Leuven)

Hi katrien,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, It would help us to understand if you could take a screenshot of the layout and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that. In addition, Jotform makes it easy to integrate your PDF files using Smart PDF Forms. Let me walk you through it:
- Click the Create Form button on your My Forms page.
- Choose Import Form and then Import PDF Form.
- Now, upload your PDF file.
- Add the necessary fields and customize them using the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
Sometimes, the fields that are automatically created in the PDF file will be in the wrong place. If that happens, you'll have to move and resize the fields. Check out the screencast below to see how to do that:
- Finally, click on the Wand icon below the Adobe Sign Widget to open Widget Settings.
- Now, in the Adobe Sign section, on the right side of the page, click on Authenticate to authorize the widget.
That's it. The final preview will look like the one below:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

I'm not sure this is the solution.
Below is a list 6 workshops. Participants have to choose one of them. So it is kind of a Product list with free products each with a Name/Title and a description.
How can I avoid a long list of workshops with long descriptions (expendable text? Hover text? ). The descriptions are essential because they explain the content of the workshop. Each workshop also has a limited number of participants.

Hi katrien,
Thanks for getting back to us. We currently have no expendable text box or widget. But you can try checking our Section Collapse element that allows you to group your form fields, split your form into expandable parts, and hide or show sections of your form. You might want to check this guide How to Show or Hide Multiple Fields Conditionally With Section Collapse for more information. Another workaround is, that you can use multiple Multiple Choice elements since this element allows you to add a hover text.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
