Vraag over mogelijkheid bepaalde functies

Ik ben momenteel bezig met het opstellen van een enquête en ik zou graag wat advies willen vragen over het implementeren van bepaalde functies.

Allereerst zou ik graag willen weten of het mogelijk is om een optie toe te voegen voor respondenten om 'anders' te selecteren en vervolgens direct hun specifieke antwoord in te vullen, zonder dat ze een nieuwe vraag moeten toevoegen.

Daarnaast overweeg ik om een functie toe te voegen waarmee respondenten hun score van 1 tot 5 kunnen verduidelijken door een uitleg te geven waarom ze die score hebben gegeven. Zou dit technisch haalbaar zijn om te implementeren?

Daarnaast had ik graag de respondenten hun score van 1 tot 5 willen laten toelichten door een uitleg te geven waarom ze die specifieke score hebben gegeven. direct onder hun keuze tussen 1-5. Is dit op jullie platform mogelijk? Of moet ik hier echt telkens een nieuwe vraag bijzetten : 'Waarom hebt u het bovenstaande gekozen?' Mocht dit mogelijk zijn, zou u me kunnen laten weten hoe ik dit het beste kan doen

Now, let me help you with your question. You can enable the Other option in Multiple choice question. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add form Element on the left side on your screen.
2. Under the basic tabs, you can select a single choice or multiple choice field.
3. On the left side of the Multiple Choice Question field, click on the Gear icon to open Multiple Choice Properties.
4. Under the Options tab, Toggle On the Display Other option.

Jotform's Conditions feature lets you show questions based on the answers that people gave. Let me show you how to set it up:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form.
2. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu and drag-drop the fields you want to use as follow-up questions (Short Text fields are used in this example).
3. Click on the Type a Question text and change it to the question you want to use.

Now, let's set up the conditions:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
3. Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Show/Hide Field.
4. Set the conditions like you see below:

• IF: Do you have a dog or a cat? (this is the question that has the choice that the form submitter needs to select)
• STATE: Is Equal To
• VALUE: Dog (the first choice)
• DO: Show
• FIELD: What is the name of your dog? (the follow-up question that you want to show)
