Goededag beste,
Wij willen onze rapportage van een form bekijken maar krijgen steeds 0 reacties op elk blad te zien zoals hieronder. Zou u me kunnen assisteren emt dit probleem. Er zijn wel kandidaten binnengekomen dus het moet informatie aanwijzen.Ik hoor graag hoe ik dit het best kan aanpakken.Alvast bedankt!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, as a first test, I'd recommend you to recreate the report, and see if the submissions get regularly retrieved. If the issue persists, are we allowed to make some test submissions on your form? Here's how to recreate the report:
- From the My Reports page, select Create Report in the upper-left corner.
- Select the Visual Report Builder option.
- Next choose Select a Form.
- Pick a form, then click on Select Form.
- Specify the report name and type, and select Create at the bottom.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
- From the My Reports page, select Create Report in the upper-left corner.

Thank you for your response, but this was not the issue.
The issue is at ''view report''.
When I want to look at this report we get 0 submissions and we already have 3107. In the previous months we got to see the data without any problem.
This is really important for our business. Can this be fixed?

Thanks for getting back to us and for the additional information. After checking your form with ID 230293100693651 I was able to see that your report has some date filter set. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
This could be the reason why you are seeing any result on your report. To solve this issue, consider editing your report and change the date filter. Doing that is easy, let me show you how:
- In My Reports hover on your Report, then click on Edit.
- Next, click on the Filter, and select new dates.
- Then click on the dropdown and click on the Apply filter button.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
- In My Reports hover on your Report, then click on Edit.

We still can't see the information we need to see even when applying filters.

Hi insvandoorn,
Thanks for getting back to us. I've checked your report and I could replicate the issue, the data aren't shown.
To solve your issue, you can create a new report by clicking on the button in the Report Builder.
Once done, you should be able to see the data in the report.
