Hi ggdict,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your concern. Are you referring to your GGD - Bruikleenovereenkomst - iPad form? If yes, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Unfortunately, I don't have an iPad to test it myself and see whether I can reproduce the issue you have if your test takes place using an iPad. It would be best to send us a screenshot of what's happening when entering the previous value in the asset number field. This guide will show you how to do that. I cleared your form caches as a precautionary measure to avoid this type of issue.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Jason,
I tried to upload a video but that is not allowed here.
We are tlking about the form "GGD gebruikersovereenkomst - Mobiel" but other forms have the same issue.
When I fill the field myself, there is no problem. I can set my signaturen and klik on the submit button. But when I choose on of the eralier filled in options:
Like Samsung A53, the field is filled with this value, but when I press the submit button at the end of the form, it jumps back to this field as if I didn't fill in anything.
Scrolling down and press submit again and it is all well, but for our customers it is very anoying that this happens.
I hope you understand what I mean. -

Hello ggdict,
Thanks for getting back to us. I was about to reply to your first response and noticed that you replied again. When I cloned and tested your GGD gebruikersovereenkomst - Mobiel form, everything worked the way it was using the dropdown option.
In the meantime, please monitor it and if the issue persists after slight changes to your form, don't hesitate to reach out here again. You can also send us a video via Loom for free and post the link here. Or you can save the video and send the file link on this thread, make sure you set it as public to ensure we can get access to it.
Reach out again if you need any more help.
