How to set up a custom domain URL for my form?

    Beste,

    Quincy

    Hi Quincy,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I understand you want to change your form's URL to contain your own domain and not have it show Jotform. To use your own custom domain for your form URLs, you'll need to be on Jotform Enterprise. You can learn more about Jotform Enterprise on this page. If you fill out the Contact Form, our dedicated Enterprise team will get in touch with you as soon as possible to answer all of your questions.

Another option is you can set up a Custom URL for your form. The custom URL has the following structure:

    • https://form.jotform.com/{yourUsername}/{your-custom-url-slug}

Although it still has Jotform in the URL, it won't have the form ID number. It's easy to set up. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish at the top.
    2. Click on the Pencil icon next to your form URL.How to set up a custom domain URL for my form? Image 1 Screenshot 30
    3. Type in the desired URL slug you want to use and click Apply. How to set up a custom domain URL for my form? Image 2 Screenshot 41

For more information, check out our guide on How to Create a Custom URL for Your Form. As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for your comment. The annoying thing is that enterprise has too many tools for us. we don't need more than what we are using now. We are purely concerned with the URL. This way we appear a lot more professional. is there nothing you can think of for just the URL?

    With kind regards,

    Quincy

    Hi Quincy,

Thanks for getting back to us. As of now, the only feature we have for the Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans is the custom URL. Using custom domains for your form URLs is exclusive to the Enterprise plan. You can try to create a custom URL by following the steps that my colleague provided above to see if this will work for you.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
