Hallo,
Jotform is niet bereikbaar op onze wifi. We krijgen een error dat de website niet bereikbaar is. Andere websites werken wel. Kunnen jullie helpen? -

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our DutchSupport agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.
Please also try the troubleshooting steps below and see if this makes any difference:
- Try clearing your browser's cache
- Try switching to another ISP with a high-speed Internet.
- Disable any browser extensions that are always working in the background.
- Try the updated version of the browser.
- If possible, you can also test using a different device.
