Hi Jeroen,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Allowing your users to edit their submission on a later date is one of the options. You can also enable the Save and Continue Later in your form. When this feature is enabled, your form respondents can click on the Save button. If they are logged in to their Jotform account while filling out your form, an email with the link to continue will be sent to their email address. Otherwise, they can grab the draft link. I can walk you through setting that up:
- In Form Builder, select the Submit button and click on the Gear icon.
- Under the Advanced tab, toggle the Save and Continue Later switch to On.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi, I researched the item and found out that these 'edit or continue later' options are not available in encrypterd forms. So I guess my cliënt must fill in the form in 1 session?

Hi Jeroen,
I'm sorry for the confusion. Yes, when you enabled the encryption in your form, some features in the Form Builder will become unavailable. You also can't allow them to edit their submission because Autoresponder is disabled when form encryption is enabled. If it works for you, you can divide your form into several parts. You will send them the second part once they're done with the previous one.
Reach out again if you need any other help.
