Formaat formulier

Goede middag,

Ik heb een formulier gemaakt en wil deze plaatsen op mijn Wordpress website. Ik werk voor deze site met Beaver Builder.
Beaver builder heeft de optie om een HTML code in te voegen.
Dit heb ik gedaan voor mijn formulier.

Het formulier spreid zich niet uit over de kolom breedte, hij blijft heel smal. Ook spreid het formulier zich ook niet uit in lengte.

Kunnen jullie mij helpen om dit te veranderen?

Now, let me help you with your question. Please share with us the website link where your form is embedded, so that we can check it out and work on a custom CSS code for it.

To enter the site you will be needing a password since we are still in progress of building the site.

Jotform is new for me but it is so easy and clear how to use it and the results looks good ( in the example at the Jotform site ;).
Hopefully you guys can help me out with this.

It seems the embed code you're using is conflicting with your website's. Can you try re-embedding your form using the iFrame method instead? For your convenience, I got your form's iframe code below:
