Hi Maarten,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
With that said, can you explain a bit more about what exactly you're trying to accomplish? Do you want to redirect the form automatically to an external site based on the selected product in your form? If so, then that's possible using the Thank You Page condition. Let me walk you through it:
1. In the Form Builder, click on the Settings tab.
2. Select Conditions from the left side menu.
3. Next, click on Add Condition and select Change Thank you page condition.
4. Lastly, setup the condition like this:
- IF: Field
- STATE: Is Equal To
- Value: Target value
- DO: Redirect to URL
- URL: URL to redirect to
If that's not exactly what you're trying to do, let us know and provide more details so we can assist you better.

Hello, So I managed to construct what I was aiming for. Using value calculation to convert the summed values to generate an URL.
However, the URL generated, presents a 404. But when copying this URL and pasting the URL, it opens the corresponding page.

What am I missing here in the settings?

Hi Maarten,
Thanks for getting back to us. To clarify, are you getting the 404 error message when it redirects to the generated URL? I cloned your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. The URL doesn't return the 404 error message. Check this out:
Can you confirm if you're still getting the same issue? Would it be okay if we make a test submission directly to your form so we can further check what's happening?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Lorenz,
Appreciated.
For me the "Something went wrong!" banner on the page is a 404. But that is exactly the page I mean.
So the "Something went wrong!" page should present the product since the URL for this "Something went wrong!" page is valid. But only when copying the URL and pasting it in a new window, will it show the product.
So your test does show the generated URL but the "Something went wrong!" banner shows instead of the product.
So why is this URL not directing automaticly to the product?

Hi Maarten,
Thanks for the clarification. Removing the 'www.' from the Update/Calculate condition appears to resolve the issue.
Check this out:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

That did the trick! How could this effect the output product URL, since it is part of the domain URL?

Hi Maarten,
Thanks for reaching us back. It's a good thing that the steps provided to you by my colleague worked. In relation to your question, I cloned the form myself and added the "www." part of the calculation to test it, and got the error accordingly. Take a look at the screenshot below:
A website displays this notice when a certain page is no longer available, maybe as a result of it being moved or deleted, which typically occurs while the website is being altered. It's unavailable, even if it might be reachable. I've found this website that can provide you more details about it. As for the error, you can check with your website's developer or IT to configure its settings. However, if the fix that was previously provided to you will suit your needs already, you can leave it as is.
Reach out again if you need any more help.
