We kregen een berichtje dat de factuur voor Jotform onderweg is. Volgens mij hebben we deze totnogtoe nog niet gekregen. Klopt dit? Of naar waar is deze verstuurd, of moeten we die ergens downloaden.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. The next billing date of this account will be on April 08, 2024. You can access the invoice from your account. It’s easy to check your invoices. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Picture.
- Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
- Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
- Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section.
- Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
