Jotform enterprise

Wij zouden graag ons eigen logo willen toevoegen en ons eigen domein gebruiken in de form-url's. Ik zie dat dit functionaliteit is dat kan worden aangezet op het moment dat wij gebruik maken van Jotform Enterprise. Ik kan niet zien wat de kosten hiervoor zijn. Kunt u ons een offerte sturen? Het gaat alleen om het gebruik van deze extra functionaliteiten. SSO hoeven wij niet te gebruiken.
