Hi honingsanden,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I understand you want to set the Notification Email subject as the Multiple Text widget. This is possible but first, you will need to add a Short text field and then pass the values from the Multiple Text widget. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on +Add Form Element.
2. Drag the Short text field on the form.
3. Click on the little gear icon.
4. Under the Advance Tab, enable the toggle for Hide.
5. Now click on Setting in the orange bar at the top of the screen.
6. Select Conditions from the left panel.
7. Click on Add New Condition, and select Update/Calculate Field.
8. Set up the condition as per my screencast below.
Now lets add the field in the email subject.1. Click on Settings in the orange bar at the top of the screen.
2. Select Email from the left panel.
3. Hover the mouse over the Notification Email and click on Pencil Icon.
4. Clear the subject line.
5. Click on Add Field and select the newly added short text field and click on Save at the bottom.
Here is what the email subject looks like with my workaround.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
