Goedemorgen support@,
Ik was mijn formulier aan het aanpassen en nu ik terug kom van een vergadering zie ik dat mijn account geblokkeerd is.
Kunnen jullie mij vertellen wat er aan de hand is?
Met vriendelijke groet,
Philip de Vogel

Hello Philip,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account is suspended due to the collection of credit card numbers in plain text fields in NAW formulier nieuwe medewerker Form which is against our Terms of Use. Here's a screenshot of what I am referring to:
Please use one of our payment processors if you need to collect payments from your users. You may also capture the card details and charge the user at a later date. Here's a guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.
Since the form has no submission data yet, I have removed the offending fields and reactivated the account. Please refrain from collecting any sort of login credentials to avoid any future suspension.
Reach out again if you need any other help.

Hey Sheena,
Thanks for your quick response!
The information is not to do any sort of payment, I'm simply trying to digitalise the information gathering proces for new employees.
Is Jotform suitable for that, or will requesting an image of payment cards always be finnicky and/or precarious due to your terms & rules? With kind regards,
Philip

Hello Philip,
Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect any sort of credit card details in Jotform using basic text fields due to security and compliance reasons. However, you can use Jotform to digitize new employee information without incorporating credit card details. You may need to use a different tool for collecting credit card details.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
