Goedemiddag,
Ik heb een formulier aangemaakt (https://form.jotform.com/rodyvonk/6-brainstormtechnieken) waarvan de antwoorden op vragen moeten worden overgenomen in mijn Brevo attributes. Het lijkt erop dat de connectie (via Zapier) tussen Jotform en Brevo is gelukt, alleen neemt Brevo niet de ingevulde antwoorden over als attributes.
Hoe kan ik dit oplossen?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Can you send us a screenshot of the issue, so we can have a better idea of what's happening? Check out this guide about how to send a screenshot to our Support Forum. Also, can you tell us how you connected your form to Brenvo? Was it through this page?

Hi Rody,
Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I was able to connect Zapier to my form and pass the data as a new contact to Brevo. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
In the Action field of Zapier, can you try to add the Email Address field, and just leave the Phone number field empty? Then do a test step again to see if the Zap will configure successfully. This is the Action I made on my cloned form. Check out my screenshot below to see my results:
Can you give it a try and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

I tried it (leaving phone number field empty) and it seems to work now.
