Hoe stel ik in dat een formulier meerdere keren door hetzelfde contact kan worden ingevuld?

Toelichting: Voor een coachtraject mag het contact meerdere keren tussentijds evalueren. Het zou fijn zijn als het formulier op verschillende momenten kan worden ingevuld.

Can you elaborate a bit more on allowing the same contact to fill out the form multiple times?  Forms can be submitted in duplicate unless unique submissions are set up. Or do you mean creating an approval flow? Also, regarding wanting to fill out the form at different times, do you mean you want to send the form to the person in charge after someone else has filled it out? Also, can you explain further what you're trying to achieve? By giving us more details, it will guide us to give detailed steps as well.

We willen het huidige formulier regelmatig opnieuw naar dezelfde groep contacten sturen en hun antwoorden verzamelen.

Zij zitten in een coachtraject en het wordt gebruikt ter voorbereiding op de volgende coachcall. Momenteel lopen we er tegen aan dat de contacten een foutmelding krijgen als ze het formulier meerdere keren willen invullen / insturen.

Ik kan zo snel de instelling niet vinden om dit aan te passen.

I checked your forms and there are no restrictions on multiple submissions. Would it be possible to ask for a screenshot of the error that they are getting? That will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.
