Hallo,
Als iemand mijn formulier Morning Power invult, dan staan er in het pdf andere vragen vermeld. Namelijk de vragen van het formulier doelen stellen. Hoe komt dit en hoe pas ik dit aan?

Now, let me help you with your question. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the PDF select in the Thank You Page wasn't configured correctly. Check out the screencast below:
As you can see, the PDF was fixed after I applied the change. You can clone my demo form to make things easier, or you can apply the change on your own. Let me show you how to fix it:
1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, and in the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
2. Click on the Gear icon of your PDF download option.2. In PDFs to be downloaded dropdown, choose Default Document 1, and click on Create.

Hi Rins,
Thanks for getting back to us. You can easily correct the question in question #1 on the notification email. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings on the top of the page.
- Click on Emails on the left.
- Hover your mouse on the email and click on the Pencil icon.
- Delete the #1 question and paste the correct one.
- Click Save.
