Issue with getting a Form over quota error

    Beste,

    ik gebruik de gratis versie van Jotform, maar alle inzendingen van de formulieren zijn gewist en nog steeds komt er op dat de forms over quota zijn.

    Volgens de gegevens om "my account" zou er nog plaats genoeg moeten zijn voor nieuwe inschrijvingen.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and it is currently not over the limit. I also checked your form and it loaded with no issue. Issue with getting a Form over quota error Image 1 Screenshot 20

    I notice that you now have 5 forms, note that for a Free or Starter plan you can only have 5 active forms. Now that you have 5 active forms, you would need to delete a form if you want to create a new one. I have cleared your form cache to refresh the form and there should be no Over quota error reflecting on your account. Can you please try it again to see if the error still reflects on your end? Please try switching to a different browser or a different device.
