Not receiving emails from Jotform.

    Beste, onze formulieren worden sinds deze ochtend niet meer verzonden naar onze mailboxen. Is er momenteel een gekend probleem dat dit kan veroorzaken?

    Hi Davleuven,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your email logs and can see here multiple emails were sent to you just today. Can you check your Spam folders to see if it was routed there? If yes, mark it as not spam so your email provider will not flagged it as spam in the future.

    We also suggest, adding noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contacts lists which will also avoid emails from Jotform to be marked as spam as well as whitelisting our common domains that can be found on this guide.
