    Goedemorgen,

    Vraagje. Wij willen graag onze licentie downgraden naar van Goud naar Zilver.

    Wat is hier de impact van als wij dit doen?
    Wij hebben momenteel 100+ formulieren. Wat gebeurt hiermee?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Dutch Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. If you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Existing forms and submissions will remain in your account even after you downgrade your subscription. But, once the account has been downgraded, the limitations associated with Silver accounts will apply, such as 50 form limit, 10 GB of total upload space and 2500 monthly submissions. This means, that if you have more than 50 forms, some of it will be disabled after you downgrade. Check out this guide on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.

    Hello Casper_Derks,

    Thank you for getting back with us. The 100 GB of available space is your current upload space limit with the Gold plan. So, if you decide to downgrade your plan to Silver, your upload space limit will be adjusted to 10 GB. Please note that if you exceed your limit, the oldest submission data will be deleted, giving way for the new ones to be received.

    Yes but which one is my current GB? Since in Gold we have max 100 GB.

    Hello Casper_Derks,

    Thank you for getting back with us. Since your account is on the Gold legacy plan, your upload space limit is up to 1TB, as indicated in the screenshot below:

    Please also note that because you are currently subscribed to our Legacy plan, the price is lower than our updated pricing for subscription plans. Once you downgrade your subscription, you will no longer be able to avail the Legacy plan.
