Appointment: Request to make some time slots unavailable

Hoi, ik heb een nieuwe agenda gemaakt en er zijn nu al tijdsvakken in de toekomst waarop al afspraken zijn gepland. Ik zag dat ik wel een dag kan uitzetten maar niet een tijdsvenster die ik heb aangemaakt voor de complete week.

in de toekomst klikken de klanten dit vak aan en dan is het niet meer beschikbaar maar hoe kan ik bestaande afspraken verwerken ?

I understand that you are working on this form; however, can you explain more of your requirements? Based on the translation, you'd like to set a time window for the entire week. Also, would you like to set limit a number of appointments per time slot? If so, setting a limit per timeslot can be configured in the Advanced settings of the Appointment Properties. Once the time slot reaches its limit selection, it will become greyed-out.

I have set up this schedule with time slots per day and per week, which
seems to be working well. However, there are already appointments scheduled
for certain time slots in the future. For example, on February 26th, the
morning slots are already booked and the afternoon is still available.
Currently, I can only indicate that this day is fully booked, but I cannot
select only the hours that are already occupied. So, I would like to have
the option to mark only the occupied hours of that day, instead of having
to mark the entire day as busy.
|Is that possible?

Hi Miranda,

Thanks for getting back to us. I am not sure if I got your concern correctly, I checked your form and I noticed that you set your Appointment Type to One on one. Once the specific time is chosen it will be grayed out and they can't able to select it again.

I would suggest changing your Appointment Type to Group, then you can set a maximum of attendees per time slot.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

Thanks for getting back to us and for the additional information. If I understood correctly your request, you would like to block some spot on your Appointment fields since these are already booked on your agenda. Unfortunately, the Appointment element settings will not allow blocking some time slots of a specific data window. So, since this¡ feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now.  I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

As a workaround, you can manually fill out the form and book the time slots that are unavailable, this way, the time slots will be grayed out and will not be available for your customers.
