How to transfer forms?

Ik heb een nieuw account bij jullie aangemaakt, maar er blijkt ook een betaald bedrijfsaccount te zijn. Ik zou graag mijn aangemaakte formulier daar naar toe verplaatsen. Op die manier hebben we alle orderformulieren op hetzelfde account staan.

To let us proceed, the owner of the forms to be transferred must log in to his account and, in this Support Forum, provide us with the forms' ID or URL, and the username or email address associated to the recipient account.
