    Hallo,

    als eerste bedankt voor dit zeer prettige medium!

    Ik heb nu echter problemen bij het toegang verlenen van personen die ik uitnodig via de app met de optie delen. Meerdere personen krijgen bij het aanmelden het bericht dat de e-mailadressen niet overeen komen.

    Ik heb als oplossing personen uit de lijst verwijderd en opnieuw uitgenodigd echter krijgen ze opnieuw dezelfde melding.

    Help!

    Now, let me help you with your question. To clarify, are you using the Invite by Email feature in the Publishing > Quick Share section?

    If you use this feature, the respondents will be required to sign up for a Jotform or login if they have an existing account.

    Hi Vanessa,

    yes that is the way I do it. But when a user tries to logon the system reacts with “email does not match”.

    Thanks for getting back to us. Have the invited users already created their own Jotform account? Can you share with us the list of email addresses of the users that you invited who are having the issue so that we can check?
