Hi Pccontrole,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Hi Pccontrole,
Thanks for patiently waiting. I understand that you would like to display the score on the email. Let me show you how:
First, you will need to add the Form Calculation widget. Here's the screenshot:
- In your Form Builder, click the +Add Form Element.
- Select the Widgets tab and add the Form Calculation widget.
- Click the Wand icon, and add the fields that you want to calculate.
- Then click Save.
Next is to add the image to the Autoresponder Email. Take a look at the screencast:
Then, add the condition to the Update/Calculate Field to copy the value. Also, add the condition Change Email Recipient to email the right email based on the condition. Take a look at the screenshot:
Take a look at the screenshot of the results:
You can also clone this form where I make the workaround.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi,
thx, but this I can do only with one or two different results...
I have 23 questions and 11 results. each result is Green/Orange or Red.
So this would give me to much possibilities.
I used a text field now and caculate the colour depending the score...
Now I can send One mail with the results.
What would be great is that I can give the result the correct colour... But in the calculation tool you can not set colour or images...
*= If I could define that groen(green) should be placed in the colour Green or a green field can be displayed in field 33... that would make it complete.
Think outside the box ;)

Hi Pccontrole,
Thanks for waiting patiently. If you want to send the color depending on the result, you can set up an autoresponder email for each color, then use conditional logic to send the corresponding color depending on the result of the calculation field. Let me show you how:
- In the Email settings, create an Autoresponder email for each color result.
- Next, go to Conditions, then create a Change Email Recipient condition.
- Lastly, set up the condition to send each autoresponder email depending on the result in the calculation field.
That's it. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I understand your approach. But we have 11 results. so, using this way, the scriptfiller would get 11 mails with a result.... I want to combine the results in one mail like the form is made now(have a look). The filler of the form gets a mail with the responses written: Green for question 1&2 , red for questions 3&4... and so on.
What I would like to be able to do, is to let the result(green for example) be written in green.
thx for helping
kind regards.
Gert

Hi Gert,
Thanks for getting back to us with additional info. Unfortunately, it's not possible to set up conditions in the autoresponder email to change the color of the result depending on the filler's answer. You can only show the field in the email.
Let us know if you need any more help.
