Upgrade my plan to Silver

    Beste,

    Ik ben aan het overwegen om mijn account te laten upgraden naar zilver. Echter als ik op upgraden klik vanuit mijn account zie ik dat ik 24.5€/m zou moeten bij betalen (zoals op foto 1). Wat volgens mij niet klopt, want als je op foto 2 klikt en dus stel dat ik nog geen account bij jotform zou hebben, dan zou de meerprijs van brons naar zilver slechts 5 dollar/maand zijn wat dus veel lager is als de 24.5€/m. Graag zou ik mijn account dus willen verhogen naar silver aan die 5 dollar/maand extra en NIET de 24.5€? Kunnen jullie dit in orde brengen?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked your account and you're currently under our Bronze yearly subscription. Keep in mind that when upgrading your account to a higher plan, the upgrade will be prorated. This means that the unused time credit will be automatically deducted when you upgrade your account. The deductions will be reflected in your invoice after you upgrade and make your payment.

    You didn't exactly reply to my first message. Could you reply this?

    Also, can you calculate the price if I would go over now to the silver? This should be then 5 dollars times 10 months = 50 dollars, right?

    Hi Mattias,

    Thanks for reaching back to Jotform. I checked your account and confirmed that the amount you are seeing is the discounted amount. We do have an ongoing 50% discount when you upgrade your plan. The total amount you will pay will be €294. On your next subscription renewal, you will pay the regular amount.

    I don't understand this because when I go to your website and have a look at the prices between bronze and silver is only 5$ difference right. You can see it below in the picture. Can you confirm this? So why is it an increase of 24.5$ in my personal account, that's not correct.     Hi Mattias,

    Thanks for reaching back to Jotform. The regular price of Silver is $39/month if you purchase it for one year. That will be a total of $468. The price of $24.50/month that you are seeing when you logged in is the discounted price. This is not an increase but a discount. Instead of paying $468 for Silver yearly, you are only going to pay $294.

    Hi Carrissa,

    Currently I have purchased bronze for 1 year. This cost me 234€ (due to a discount I got).

    So let's do the calculation, I am a new customer and want to become silver:

    • I pay as new customer: 39$/month x 12 months = 468$/year
    • So the total price I pay as a customer for silver is 468$/year

    No let's take (like in my case), that you first pay bronze and then after 2 months decide to go for silver:

    • First I pay the bronze package for 1 year: 34$/month x 12 months = 408$/year
    • Now I purchase silver for 1 year, were I receive discount till 24.5$/month = 288$/year
    • So the total price I pay as a customer for silver is 696$/year in that specific first year

    So this means that as a loyal client that wants to upgrade is disadvantaged then somebody that directly buys silver. That's not correct right?

    It seems that in my case, which is the 2nd case, I pay much more. So in fact to make it correct, since I already paid 408$/year for the bronze, to get to silver of 468$/year, I should only purchase 60$ extra on top. Could you arrange this?

    Hi Mattias,

    Thanks for clarifying your inquiry. If you are referring to the amount you have paid for the Bronze subscription, you will have a prorated amount credited to your account. By default, it will be stored as closing balance, which will be automatically used when you renew the subscription. However, you will have an option to request a refund for it.
