How to show field based in the user's answer?

Ik zoek hulp bij het volgende: we hebben 9 checklist opties toegevoegd aan een formulier waaruit mensen kunnen kiezen. Voor twee van deze opties moeten echter nadere toelichtingen worden gegeven (zie foto: rode en blauwe streep).

Is er een manier waarop we een dropdown of antwoordoptie kunnen toevoegen die verschijnt zodra een van deze twee opties in de checklist wordt geselecteerd? Momenteel plaatsen we deze informatie op een aparte regel (zie strepen), maar we willen deze graag bij elkaar hebben.

Ik hoor graag hoe we dit kunnen samenvoegen.

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a dropdown or short text field inside the Multiple Choice element. What I would suggest is that you show those fields based on the user's answer using the Show/Hide Field condition. Let me show you how:

• Click on the Settings tab at the top part of Form Builder.
• Select Conditions on the left panel of the screen.
• Select Show/Hide Field.

• Then set your rule just like what is shown below:

These conditions will only show the dropdown and short text field if they selected the correct option in the Multiple Choice element. Here's a sample result:
