Is het mogelijk om na het invullen van het formulier en het doen van de betaling te verwijzen naar een Thank You page op de url van de website zelf (dus niet Jotform) vanwaar de verwijzing naar Jotform op staat .

Is er een specifieke url welke na het invullen van het formulier en het doen van de betaling verwijst binnen Jotform? Zoja mag ik die?

Het doel is om conversies te kunnen tracken van Ad tot bezoek en registratie (=1 conversie)

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, due to security reasons, it is not possible to add a conversion tracking on your form Thank you page. As a workaround, you can create a custom Thank you page and redirect your customer to your thank you page, after form submission, where you can add your conversion tracking. Doing that is easy, let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the column on the left, click on the Thank You Page tab.
3. Finally, select the Redirect to an external link after submission option and enter your website URL where you created the custom Thank you page containing the conversion trackings under Enter URL.
