Ik heb een formulier gemaakt om afspraken te maken en dit ingevoegd op een website. Ik heb ook een goedkeuringsstroom toegevoegd. Echter als ik de afspraak weiger blijft het gekozen tijdsslot, dat geweigerd werd onbeschikbaar voor nieuwe boekingen. Hoe zorg ik dat een afsprakenslot terug vrij komt als ik de afspraak geweigerd heb?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. If I understand your concern correctly, you would like to make the appointment slot available again after rejection in the approval flow. Unfortunately, the only option to release a slot in your appointment is to delete the submission data in your Submission Table. I would suggest downloading your submission first before deleting them, as we cannot recover deleted submission data.
Additionally, If you've deleted the Submission entries, you have to clear your Trash folder as well to release the slot. Please refer to the steps and screenshot on how to do so:
1. On your Submissions page, click on the three vertical dots icon
2. Click on Trashed Entries, Select All, then select Delete Forever and confirm the deletion in the popup window.
