    Goedemorgen, ik heb met Activecampain uitgezocht waarom ik steeds handmatig de tussenvoegsels moet wijzigen. Zij zien geen problemen met de aanlevering. Zij hebben gevraagd om dit met jotform te bespreken. Ik ben hier nu al 2 jaar meebezig en kan geen oplossing vinden. De volgorde van gebruik is: Via FB of website voeren mensen hun pijntest in. Daarna gaan ze de funnel in om te promoten.

    Dat is al een opgave op zich om klanten te krijgen. Dan loopt het systeem niet lekke en dan gaat je aandacht naar de verkeerde zaken.

    Good morning, I used Activecampain to find out why I always have to manually change the prefixes. They see no problems with the delivery. They have asked to discuss this with jotform. I've been working on this for 2 years now and can't find a solution. The order of use is: People enter their pain test via FB or website. Then they go into the funnel to promote.


    That is a challenge in itself to get customers. Then the system will not leak and your attention will be focused on the wrong things.

    Hi Rob,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Is this the form you use with your ActiveCampaign: https://www.jotform.com/212493791688370? If so, and you want to have the prefix automatically added, you can enable it in the field's properties. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Name field, then go to Properties by clicking on the gear icon that will appear at the side of it.
    2. In Full Name Properties, go to the Options tab and enable the Prefix feature.
    3. After enabling it, we strongly suggest toggling it to Dropdown. Then, add the prefixes you'd like to use into the Prefix Choices box.

    Goodmorning That looks great you put this for the name Thanks, I tryed it but it is not move to an other place between de fisrt name and last name but i need it to work with the the Prfixes between the name, like Rob "van de" Burg the van de is not working togther in activecampain. I can use the full name box from the left side in the builder that is an no go for Activecampain. I hope you understand my translation from dutch to englisch

    Hi Rob,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want the prefix field in the middle of the first and last name, then you can enable the Middle name instead, which can act as the prefix at the moment. You can follow the same steps my colleague provided, the only difference is the option to enable. Check this out:

    Thanks for getting back to us. Just to clarify, only the prefix value is not getting captured in ActiveCampaign, right? Perhaps you can take another screenshot of that issue from Active Campaign. The screenshot you shared earlier seems correct though, and it seems like it's the last name that is missing.
