Free Plan:Total Upload Space

Goedemorgen,

Gisteren ontving ik een 15-tal ingezonden formulieren (declaraties) met daarin foto's van 4+ MB, waardoor mijn limiet van 100MB is overschreden.

15 formulieren op één dag is zeer uitzonderlijk, normaliter ontvang ik 5 tot 10 formulieren per maand.

Ik ontving daarnaast een email van Jotform met de mededeling dat mijn formulieren vandaag om 12 uur pm worden disabled. Ik heb daarop vanochtend alle formulieren verwerkt in de boekhouding en alles verwijderd, ook uit de prullenbak.

Nu zie ik dat de gebruikte ruimte nog steeds boven de 100MB staat. Betekent dat dat ik na vandaag de formulieren niet meer kan gebruiken?

Ik ben penningmeester van een scoutingvereniging, een non-profit organisatie. Overstappen naar een betaald account is voor ons veel te kostbaar en ik zou het zeer jammer vinden om naar een alternatief te moeten zoeken, gezien het gebruiksgemak van Jotform.

Ik hoor graag of ik met mijn Starter account door kan gaan.

This limit doesn’t reset monthly; it’s a total usage limit. If you exceed this limit, your forms will be disabled. I have checked your account and saw that your upload space has refreshed and is back to zero.

Jotform provides a 50% promotional discount for non-profits. This link can only be used to apply for a one discount. Your submitted information will be reviewed after the form is submitted. Within 24 to 48 hours, you will receive an update at the email address you provided on the application.

Thank you very much for your explanation. I now see that the space is back to zero so I may have been a bit too early with my concern.

As said, I receive only a few forms per month and the starter account is perfect for that. I think I'll just have to teach my people not to collect too many declarations and send them at once, but one at a time (and with smaller attachments).
