Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Deleting any existing submissions with uploaded files and purging them completely from your account will free up upload space. However, make sure to download your existing submissions as PDF/Excel/CSV files to protect your submission data and avoid data loss. If you have already deleted your submissions, please make sure to completely purge them. Here’s how to do it:
- In the Submission table, click on the Select All button on the left side.
- Click Delete on the upper right side of the page to delete all selected submissions.
- Once deleted, click on the Ellipsis icon beside the Form Submission name.
- Select Trashed Entries.
- The trash folder will automatically pop up on the left side of the screen.
- Click on Select All once again, then click Delete Forever.
Once you finish these steps, your total upload space will be automatically cleared. Additionally, you can refer to this guide to learn about the features and limitations of your account.
