Thanks for using Jotform. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
When you downgrade your account, your forms will not be deleted. But, the limits in your account will adjust according to your Jotform Subscription. With the Starter plan, you can only have 5 active forms. If you have more than 5 forms, the remainder of your forms will be disabled.
Also, If you cancel your subscription, I suggest that you download your submissions to avoid losing any data. You can also check out our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
