Requesting to cancel my plan on its plan period

Tijdens de bestuursvergadering is beslist dat de vereniging geen gebruik meer wenst te maken van jotform.

Gelieve het abonnement dus op vervaldag op te zeggen aub.

Geen afhouden meer toe te passen van de mastercard daar dit gaat om een privé-kaart daar de VZW niet beschikt over een eigen kaart.

Graag bevestiging van de opzeg aub.
