Terms and Condition/Cancellation Fee.
We are EYESCREAM TRAVEL and are excited to help you with your cruise vacations. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us.
Please read carefully before purchasing your itinerary, booking or continuing with any of our services.
In the event of any cruise cancellation, the Reservation fee is non-refundable. No cancellation fee will be required if there were no payments towards your cruise.
In the event of any cruise cancellation prior to paying FULL DEPOSIT, the FIRST PAYMENT per person is non-refundable.
If the cruise has been booked (You have been assigned a cabin number and payments have been processed and confirmed) regardless of travel insurance being purchased, there will be a $25 pp in the cabin cancellation fee required for EYESCREAM TRAVEL deducted from the expected refund amount.
By any of these deadline's if monies are not met on the reservation, then you forfeit your funds and your cabin will be cancelled. You may re-book, however prices will be determined at the time of booking for a new reservation.
If a new passenger is being added into the booking, they will have to register. Each passenger must register before being added to the booking.
The cancellation policy is applicable to all EYESCREAM TRAVEL Cruises/services. A written notice must be received by email. EYESCREAM TRAVEL is not responsible for additional expenses such as airline cancellation fees, visa fees, vaccinations, purchases of clothing or equipment, or other expenses that may occur as a result of the cancellation.
