What is the commission structure?
We have a tiered commission structure (30%-40%-50%) depending on the paid users you bring in each month. For example, if you bring in more than 20 paid users per month, your commission will increase to 40%. Other terms apply. See our Terms & Conditions, and contact us at affiliates@jotform.com with any questions.

How much can I earn?
There’s no limit to your potential earnings. As long as you bring more new paid users to Jotform, you’ll get a commission for each of them.

How do I receive payment?
You’ll receive an email from rewards@reward.tremendous.com at the PayPal email address you provided on your application form. Click on the Redeem button in the email to receive your payment.

When do I receive my commission payment?
We send out earned commission payments the first week of every month.

What are the payout requirements?
We do not have a minimum payout amount. You just need to have an active PayPal account to receive payments.

Can I get the payment into my bank account?
Unfortunately, we only send out commission payments via PayPal.

Can I update my PayPal email address?
Yes, you can update your PayPal email address on the Partner Dashboard.

What are the limitations?
Commissions must be earned according to our Terms & Conditions. Your referral must visit Jotform by clicking your referral link and sign up for a paid account.
- 60-day rule: Your customers must upgrade their accounts within 60 days of signing up for Jotform.
- One-year commission: You will receive commissions for a maximum of one year for referrals who upgrade within 60 days of signing up. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis for this one-year period.
- Sales verification period: We have a 60-day sales verification period. You will be eligible to receive your commission 60 days after your referred customer upgrades their account. See the answer to “What are the Confirmed and Pending payments on my dashboard?” below for more information.

What are the Confirmed and Pending payments on my dashboard?
We have a 60-day rule for commission payments. The customer you referred to us must complete 60 days as a paid customer before you are eligible to earn commissions on that sale/lead. In our system, Pending means that the user you referred has not yet completed the 60-day payout period, and Confirmed means that the user has completed 60 days as a paid Jotform user and is now eligible to be counted toward your commission payments.

How do I receive commissions for customers who paid for an annual plan?
We pay annual plan commissions in 12 installments to prevent fraud. Whether your customer pays monthly or annually, you’ll receive your commission in 12 monthly installments after their payout period is complete.

How do I access my dashboard?
Click here to access your dashboard. You need to log into the Jotform account that you used to sign up for the partner program. We recommend that you bookmark this link so you can access your dashboard at any time with a single click.

What can I find in the Partner Dashboard?
You can find information such as your earnings, click/signup/paid user statistics, marketing materials, and more.

How do you track sales?
We track sales by tracking custom affiliate links and cookies, pursuant to our cookie policy. When a user clicks on your tracking link, we place a cookie on their browser that helps us identify that they are the user you referred.

How long does it take for clicks to register on the dashboard?
The customers you bring in don’t show up on your dashboard right away. It takes up to 24 hours for our system to update.

Can I see the usernames of my customers who have signed up or paid for a plan?
Due to our terms and conditions, we can’t share the information of Jotform users. However, please feel free to contact us at affiliates@jotform.com if you encounter any issues so that we can resolve them.

Does it cost anything to be a Solution Partner?
No, it is completely free.

Do I have to be a paid Jotform customer?
You don’t have to be a paid Jotform customer!

Why didn’t I receive an approval email after applying?
It may take up to one business day for our team to get back to you. If you haven’t heard from us within one business day, please check your spam folder.

Can I create custom affiliate links?

What happens if the customer cancels their plan?
Jotform offers customers a 30-day money-back guarantee. During this trial period, customers may cancel their plan. If a customer cancels their plan during the trial period, the commission will be revoked.

What happens if I violate the Jotform Solutions Partner Program agreement?
Jotform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and cancel all commission payments due if you violate the Solutions Partner Program agreement.
