Integration with Asana: Setting up approval flows

添付しているフォームはAsanaと連携されています。

承認が必要な回答をした場合は、担当者へ承認依頼のメールが届くように設定したいですが、現時点でフォームへ回答をすると承認なしでもAsana内でタスクとして表示されています。

承認後にAsanaへタスクとして登録される設定にするにはどうすれば良いでしょうか。

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Japanese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Japanese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. Now, let me help you with your question.

Currently, it's not possible to send a submission to Asana only after it's approved. When a form submission is received in your form, our system will immediately send it to Asana, while going through our Approval Flow at the same time.

The current other alternative solution you can consider is utilizing our Tables' Action Button. Using this feature, you can configure a one-click button in your Table that after clicking, will send the form data to third-party apps. We have a dedicated guide on how to do this here.

Thank you for your reply.
Well noted that we can't receive Asana after approvals.
Is it possible to see the status of approval in a submission from Asana? It
should be no problem if we are able to confirm on Asana that we can start
working on a task.
Or we should check the status on Jotform??

この度はJotformサポートにお問い合わせいただきありがとうございます。承認ステータスは Jotform 内でのみ表示され、投稿と一緒に送信されません。そのため、Asanaとの統合では表示もマッピングもできません。なので、Jotform側でステータスを確認していただくことになります。Jotformテーブルで承認と関連する送信データを追跡できます。その方法をご紹介します：

1. マイフォームに移動し、フォームを選択します。
2. 上部の送信を選択し、Jotform テーブルを開きます。
3. テーブルで、承認ステータスの列を探します。
