フォームが消えてしまいます。

・作成したフォームの編集画面へ行けなくなる。厳密に言うと「All Forms」をクリックしても、YOU DON'T HAVE ANY FORMS YETのメッセージが表示されるのみ。何もフォームを作成していないことになってしまっている。

・フォームに添付された画像を開こうとすると「Whoops!」のページに遷移される。
