現在GOLDプランですが、容量だけ増やしたいです

    こんにちは

    現在GOLDプランを利用中ですが、スポット的なニーズによりスペースの容量だけ100GBから500GBに増やしたいです。

    定形プランではGOLDプランしかないためご相談させてください。

    I deleted almost my submissions and clear cashes, but still the upload space is still full.

    Can you check?

    Hello Yuki, 

    Thanks for getting back to us and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. If you deleted your form submissions with the attached files but still see that nothing has changed with the upload space allocations, this means that you did not entirely deleted those submissions.

    When submissions are deleted, they are kept in trash entries for 30 days, and in order to clear your upload space, you must purge the deleted submissions from the trash entries. Let me show you how:

    • In Jotform Tables, on the right side of the tab name, click on the Three Dots icon.
    • Click on Trashed entries.

    • Click on Select All.
    • Click on Delete Forever.

    You can back up your submissions before deleting them by following this guide on How to Download the Submission Files. We also have a guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data that you can check out.

    Hello Yuki, 

    Thanks for getting back to us and for following what I suggested above. Your upload space has been dropped to 34.58 GB / 100 GB. Earlier, if I'm not mistaken, your upload space is in the 90+ GB range. 

    If you still want to decrease your upload space usage, you can check other forms in your account to see if there are any trash entries that haven't been permanently deleted. Also, if your account's upload space is still not updated after going over your account usage, try to clear your browser's cache or log out and back in.
