受信箱の共有で、スター評価項目が反映されません

    お世話になっております。

    受信箱を社外メンバーと共有したのですが、スター評価項目が、グレーの★になり、実際のデータが反映されません。

    共有方法についてご教示いただきたく、よろしくお願いいたします。

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry you're having difficulties with this. ​​I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team.

    Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
