    Stripeのcheckoutで日本の銀行振込を選択できるようにしたいのですが、

    選択肢に表示されません。どうすれば可能になるでしょうか。

    stripe Checkout メソッドはjotoform側で限定される場合がありますか?

    Hello consmrelayrepo,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Japanese Support is currently unavailable so we we will be answering in English. The Stripe Integration with Jotform is only for forms. As for the possible bank transfer for Japanese banks, we suggest you contact Stripe to check if it's possible. You may reach their support on this link. If they can possibly collect payment using banks in that certain country, then this might work with Jotform. Otherwise, if not then it cannot happen on the integration.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Thank you very much.

    Sorry for the late reply.

    I have an additional question.

If it takes a few days to complete the approval, like a bank transfer, can we receive notification of the completion of the approval in jotform? Also, how will the form be submitted?

    Hello consmrelayrepo,

Thank you for getting back to us. Unfortunately, for bank transfer, Jotform does not have the access to determine if the payment has been successful. This will be from the payment integration side. You can check it with your chosen payment integration. Usually, for payment integrations, the payments collected are directed to the payment processor provider and the form will not be submitted unless payment is successful. You can check more details here on this link. For the form submission, once your user has filled up the form and made the payments, it will be forwarded to your submissions table. You can view your submissions on the Jotform Tables page in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

    • On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.

    • This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.

Thank you, I will try to get back to you soon.

    I understand.

In the case of delayed payment, you are saying that the form will not be submitted. If so, would it be possible to save the user's input on the Jotoform side before the payment process?

    Hello consmrelayrepo,

Thank you for getting back to us. Yes, the form will not be submitted if the payment is not successful. The Payment Integration in Jotform are real-time payments. For more details on bank transfers approval, you need to check it with Stripe if they support it. Otherwise, if not, this may not work for your integration and you can just manually collect payments using the Purchase Order Payment Method instead.

You can remove the payment integration and change it to Purchase Order. Let me show you how:

    • Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Payment Field.
    • Now, click on the Credit Card icon on the right side of the element to remove the integration.

You can also remove the PayPal integration if you switch the payment gateway to a Purchase Order. Customers don't have to make a payment with a Purchase Order. It will work just like the Product Listing element. Let's do it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Add Form Elements + menu on the left side of the screen.
    2. Under the Payments tab, click on the Three Dots icon next to your payment method.
    3. Now, click on Switch to Another Gateway.
    4. In the list that opens up, scroll down and click on Purchase Order to add it to your form.

Thank you for the detailed explanation.

    Understood.

Now, can you send the input to Stripe? Currently, only the price, name, and email are sent. I would like to be able to send other user inputs.

    Hello consmrelayrepo,

For collecting payments, this is done by the payment provider integration, not Jotform. The fields on the form are the only ones we collect and then the rest will be made to Stripe. As long as you have Stripe Integration Connected, there should not be any problems receiving payment for your forms.

Here is a guide in Integrating Stripe. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder

    2. Then, open the Payments Toolbox on the left side of the page and drag and drop Stripe onto your form.

    3. In the Integration Wizard, click on Connect with Stripe. You can customize the integration even more by clicking on Additional Gateway Settings.

    4. Once you're connected, choose which item you want to sell.

    • Is this a service or a product?
    • Will there be a single payment for a product or recurring payments for a subscription?
    • Will you be collecting donations?
    • Do you want to create Stripe customers after submission or charge the customers immediately?
    • Do you want to choose the type of decimal separator to use?
    • Do you want to let your customers choose more than one product?

    5. Next, enter your products. Choose from options like creating coupons, establishing a shipping fee, or adding tax.

    6. Now, test your form and begin selling your products.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
