クレジットカード登録に進むとずっとroadingのまま先に進みません。
改善お願いします。

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.
I understand that you're not able to add a payment method into the Jotform Platform. There are several things we can do:
- Clear Cache from browser.
- Change to another browser.
If by doing these actions, it still does not work, you can send us:
- Which is the error you get (You can check how to post screenshots here).
- To what plan you would like to move.
- Which period of time you'd like to upgrade (monthly/yearly).

キャッシュクリアや別のブラウザでアクセスしても先に進みません。

Thanks for getting back to us and sorry for the inconvenience. Please provide us with the plan you are trying to upgrade to so we could forward this to our billing team for a direct link we could provide you to process your upgrade.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
