I am considering upgrading my usage plan. Is it possible to change from monthly to annual or annual to monthly?

To change your subscription plan, you need first to downgrade your subscription to FREE and then upgrade to your chosen yearly plan. This would also be the process if you change the plan from yearly to monthly. From a yearly plan, please downgrade to a Free account first then change the plan to monthly.
