Thanks for patiently waiting. Your account has been suspended because the renewal attempt to your card has been reported by your issuing bank as fraudulent. I have already reactivated the account so you can try renewing the subscription once again; however, before using the same card, please reach out to your issuing bank first. You may also update it to use a different one or use PayPal.
