    月が替わって2月になったので、データ容量をクリアにしていただけますでしょうか。

    Now, coming back to your question, keep in mind that monthly limits every 1st of the month at 12AM EST for your account, and it's only 9:35PM as of the moment. Your account's monthly limit should automatically reset in a few hours.
