支払いの請求書をリクエストする

2024/10/1にカード決済で”Registration: The 12th Annual Congress of Asian Society of Veterinary Surgery (AiSVS)”の参加費をJotformを経由して支払いました。

請求書をPDFで発行したいのですが、そのやり方がわかりません。

請求書IDは# INV-000011　です。

やり方または当該請求書を送付いただけると幸いです。
