Hi Stump SA,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Japanese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Japanese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, Upload Space refer to the total uploaded file that you can receive in your entire forms. You can free your Upload Space by deleting unused submissions. But we suggest to first download the submissions before deleting it.
Also, deleted submissions will remain as Trashed Entries for 30 days before it's permanently deleted, so you'll need to manually purged it to free your Upload Space. Let me show you how to do that:
- Click on the three-dot icon beside your sheet's name.
- Select Trashed entries from the available dropdown.
- In Trash window on the right, select the submissions to delete, then select Delete Forever.
- Finally, select Delete in the confirmation dialog.
Let us know if you need more help.
