Sure, you can add a dropdown field, add all IDs in it and later ask user to choose one ID and rest of the information get filled automatically. Let me walk you through it, step by step:
Step1: Adding Dropdown field and adding Options in it
1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down to Dropdown, and drag and drop a Dropdown element to your form.
3. Select the Dropdown field and click on the Gear icon.
4. Under Options tab, add all IDs in Options section.
Step2: Setting up condition to Copy Dropdown field value into Spreadsheet to form widget
1. In Form builder, select Settings at the top.
2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
3. Click on + Add a condition and choose Update/Calculate Field.
4. Set condition as per below image:
Step3: Updating Spreadsheet to Form Widget Settings.
1. In Form builder, select the Spreadsheet to form widget and click on the Wand icon.
2. Under General tab, scroll down and set Yes for Auto Fill by Condition.
3. Also, set Yes for Run in Background & click on Update widget button.
