①各フィールドの設定については単一のショートメッセージフィールドを使用することでエクセルの値を表示させることはできましたが、プルダウンフィールドを利用してそのプルダウン選択項目にエクセルの値を表示させることはできないでしょうか？ 例えば、エクセルのサイズのセルに、300㎝,500㎝,600㎝ のようにカンマ区切りで3種類のサイズを用意して、そちらをプルダウンフィールドを選択するようにできないかという質問です。

If I understood you correctly, you want to populate the options of dropdown field using Spreadsheet for form widget, if this is the case, unfortunately, it is not supported yet. But if you can manually add options for the dropdown field, you can use Spreadsheet to form widget and automatically choose an option from the dropdown list. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it.
