Some don't get the confirmation email

ome people (more than 10 people) asked us that they didn't get the confirmation mail. Is there any way to solve this problem? Thank you

I've checked your Birds of Passage 40+1 form, and it appears that you don't have an Autoresponder email that's been set up. Check out my screenshot below:

If you want your respondents to receive a confirmation email, you have to set up an Autoresponder email. Let me walk you through this:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Select Emails from the left side window.
3. Click on the Add Email button.
4. Select Autoresponder Email.
5. Click on the Save button.
